These Terms govern your use of Ravz, operated by Ravz.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must meet the minimum age requirement confirmed at sign-up to use Ravz.

2. YOUR CONTENT
You keep ownership of what you post, but grant us a license to display it within the app to other users as the product functions. You're responsible for what you post — see the Prohibited Conduct section below.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Posting false or misleading information intended to mislead other users.
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeting another user.
- Posting content that violates someone else's privacy or rights.
- Impersonating a venue you don't manage, or any person or entity you're not.
- Any use that would violate applicable law.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. Use the in-app report/block tools to flag content or users.

4. VENUE MANAGERS
If you claim and manage a venue listing, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you post about it.

5. NO WARRANTY ON USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Crowd and venue information reflects what other users reported and may be inaccurate or out of date. We don't guarantee its accuracy.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ravz is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Ravz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This section is a starting point only — have it reviewed and expanded by counsel for your specific jurisdiction before relying on it.

7. TERMINATION
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW
The specific governing jurisdiction for these Terms has not yet been finalized and will be added here before public launch — no jurisdiction should be assumed from this document in its current form.

9. CHANGES
We'll update the "Last updated" date above if these Terms change materially.
